- 1 (5 oz) container plain Greek yogurt
- 2–3 Tbsp Cool Whip
- Splash vanilla extract
- Honey or maple syrup, to taste
- 1 Tbsp protein powder (optional)
For Topping
- Rainbow nonpareils or sprinkles
