Learn why adding bioactive foods to your meals supports better health. These nutrient-dense whole foods help reduce inflammation, which can contribute to less belly fat and improved metabolic health.
These conversational vodcasts are part of the content available to members of my YouTube community—The Traditional Foods Kitchen Academy.
What Are Bioactive Foods?
Bioactive foods are whole, minimally processed foods in their natural state. They are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients that support immune function, reduce inflammation, and promote overall well-being.
Fortunately, bioactive foods are widely available. You’ll find them at grocery stores, farmers’ markets, and even in home gardens. Choosing a variety of these foods regularly can make a meaningful difference in health and body composition.
I discuss these foods and their benefits in more detail in today’s Kitchen Academy video.
