Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Wine (red, white, or Rosé)
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons powdered gelatin
  • 1 drop pink food coloring, if making Rosé gummy bears
  • 2–3 gummy bear molds

Instructions

  1. Combine the wine, sugar, and powdered gelatin in a saucepan over medium‑low heat. If you want to keep alcohol in the mixture, keep the temperature under 160°F (71°C). Whisk continuously for 2–3 minutes until the sugar and gelatin dissolve. Stir in pink food coloring if making Rosé.
  2. Pour the warm mixture into gummy bear molds using a glass measuring cup with a spout for control. Use an offset spatula to remove excess from the mold surface and ensure cavities are filled.
  3. Refrigerate the molds for at least 90 minutes, or until the gelatin is fully set.
  4. Gently pop the gummy bears from the molds when set.
  5. Store uneaten gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
