I love the contrast of textures in these gluten free turkey meatballs — tender and moist inside with a nicely crisped exterior. The Parmesan and a bit of olive oil help create that golden crust while keeping the interior flavorful and soft.

Rolled oats are my favorite replacement for breadcrumbs in meatballs. They make the meatballs naturally gluten free and add a pleasant texture. If you enjoy variations, try my other recipes using oats or alternative binders like almond flour for a grain-free option.
