

We often say that food appeals to all the senses, and color plays a big part. I’m drawn to dishes not only for their taste and aroma but for their shape and vibrant color as well. If you’ve followed my posts, you probably know I have a soft spot for red.
Still, my culinary world isn’t limited to red and orange. I enjoy a wide range of colors in food, and I’ll share more of those soon. For now, here’s a little encore of red—because there’s something undeniably striking about that hue on a plate.
