Traeger BBQ Turkey Tenderloins are an incredibly tasty and simple recipe that requires just a few ingredients — three, to be exact.
I used Honeysuckle White turkey breast tenderloins that were already brined and seasoned for extra flavor.
My go-to BBQ rub for this is Meat Church Honey Hog.

How to Make Traeger BBQ Turkey Tenderloins
Because these tenderloins are already brined, they start with great flavor. Pat them dry with paper towels, then brush all sides with yellow mustard or a thin layer of barbecue “cue glue” to help the seasoning stick.

Generously sprinkle your favorite BBQ seasoning on all sides, then finish with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper.

Cooking on a Traeger or pellet grill adds a subtle smoke flavor that complements the turkey perfectly.
Preheat the Traeger to 400°F (about 200°C). Place the turkey breast tenderloins directly on the grill grates.

Cook for roughly 20–25 minutes, flipping once about halfway through to ensure even browning.
At the halfway point they should show nice color and light grill marks; continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serve Traeger BBQ Turkey Tenderloins with BBQ sauce if you’d like
These are delicious served plain or with your favorite BBQ sauce. I actually enjoyed them without sauce — the seasoning and smoke were plenty flavorful.
They’re simple but impressive, and great for weeknight dinners or a casual weekend cookout.

Each turkey breast tenderloin is fairly large; I typically cut each one in half to yield four servings.
