Sriracha Lime Aioli
A creamy, zesty sauce with a spicy kick — perfect for tacos and more.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Juice of one lime (about 1–2 tablespoons)
- 3-4 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, and sriracha in a bowl until smooth. Taste and adjust lime or sriracha to suit your preference. Chill for at least 10 minutes to let the flavors meld. Serve on tacos, as a sandwich spread, or as a dip for fries and vegetables.
