Pumpkin Dirt Pie Recipe – a fun, lighter dessert bursting with fall flavor. It’s always the first to disappear!

This post is sponsored by Siggi’s. I was not compensated for my time.
Morning friends!
I’ll keep this short and sweet because I have an incredible recipe to share — plus a big Siggi’s yogurt giveaway!
After meeting the team behind Siggi’s at Blog Brûlée in September, I fell in love with their simple, less-sweet pumpkin & spice flavor. Many pumpkin treats are overly sweet; Siggi’s lighter approach is exactly my style.

I especially love the Pumpkin & Spice variety. If you’re picky about sweetness like I am, you’ll appreciate that they don’t load up on sugar. I wear my pumpkin obsession proudly.

Some people never get on the pumpkin pie train — a mystery to me. But a dessert that always wins over a crowd is Dirt Pie. It sounds playful and nostalgic, and it’s seriously delicious.

This year I wanted to make Dirt Pie even more fall-forward and a bit healthier. I swapped the cream cheese and butter for Siggi’s pumpkin yogurt, replaced Oreos with cinnamon graham crackers, and used light whipped cream instead of processed whipped topping. The result cuts calories and added sugars while increasing protein—plus it’s irresistible.

- Author: Sinful Nutrition
- Yield: 8-10
Ingredients
- 1 package (26 sheets) cinnamon graham crackers
- 4 (6 ounce) containers Siggi’s Pumpkin & Spice yogurt*
- 2 packages instant pumpkin spice pudding mix**
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 3 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 (7 oz) canister light whipped cream
Instructions
- Add the graham cracker sheets to a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the Siggi’s yogurt, pumpkin puree, almond milk, pudding mix, vanilla, and cinnamon. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- In a separate serving dish or trifle bowl, sprinkle one-third of the crushed graham crackers to form the first layer.
- Spoon half of the yogurt-pumpkin mixture over the cracker layer.
- Sprinkle another one-third of the graham cracker crumbs on top.
- Top with the remaining yogurt mixture.
- Finish with the remaining graham cracker crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, before serving so the layers set.
Notes
*You can substitute vanilla Siggi’s or another Greek yogurt if preferred.
**Butterscotch or vanilla pudding mix can be used — add 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice if using a non-pumpkin flavor.
